How to consume:

Method 1

• Scoop 1-2 tea spoons into the reusable tea bag
• Place tea bag into a mug and add boiling spring water
• Leave to steep for 5 minutes
• (Optional) add a little agave to sweeten

 Method 2

• Pre boil 2 cups of spring water in a stainless steel pot
• Add 1 tablespoon of the herbs to the water & allow it to simmer for 10 Minutes
• Strain, drink & enjoy
